In order to meet the needs of each customer, we stock a variety of decals. Under normal circumstances, we will choose waterproof matte paper, if necessary, we also have other paper and material decals, please come to the store to inquire and choose.

What is your floral paper like?

How long can the bouquet be kept? Is it fresh? Can I fetch flowers one day earlier and use them the next day?

All our flowers and materials are freshly air shipped from the supplier to the port every day. Because cut flowers generally interrupt the water during the transportation, in order to ensure that the bouquets received by the guests are in the best condition, we will only collect the materials one day before the production, after the florist’s careful processing and watering procedures (stored at 10 ℃ and absorb the nutrient solution ), the floral products will be delivered to the guests. We will also add an appropriate amount of nutrient solution to the bouquet for the flowers to absorb for at least one day. The bouquet can generally be stored for 3-5 days in a cool and ventilated environment. To keep the bouquet in the best condition, you only need to add an appropriate amount of water directly on the top of the bouquet. For details, please refer to our " Flower Protection Tips ". How to save my flowers?

All the bouquets we produce can be placed upright, as long as they are placed in a cool and well-ventilated place, and the appropriate amount of water is added, they can be stored for several days. For details, please refer to our " Flower Protection Tips ".

For other flowers such as flower baskets and flower arrangements, we have added enough water to keep the flowers in their best condition even the next day. If you want to make dried flowers for preservation, you can unpack the flowers and hang them upside down in a cool and ventilated place. After one week, the flowers will dry naturally and can be stored in a dry environment for longer NS!

If I am dissatisfied after receiving the flower, can I change it?

We usually take photos and records before sending flowers products to the guests’ whatsapp or email address. If there are any mistakes or omissions, we can reproduce them for you and try our best to make each flower product according to the needs of the guests. Because we generally The flowers will be made on the day of delivery to keep the flowers in their best condition, so please be aware that all changes may cause delays in delivery. The flowers after delivery cannot be changed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Does the flower basket have tripods and greeting cards? Does the bouquet have a wish card?

All our flower baskets will come with a tripod and A3 Size greeting card. Bouquets and flowers will be accompanied by a small card, printed or written on behalf of the customer about 30 characters. If the content is more than 40 words, we can print it and put it in the envelope and send it to the flower collector with the bouquet.
