1. This shop only provides Hong Kong flower delivery service. For overseas flower delivery services, please contact us, and we will deliver them to local service providers.
2. All prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars-HK$.
3. The office hours of this site are from 9 am to 7 pm.
4. The shop will confirm the order by phone/email/Whatsapp the same day after receiving the order. If there is no reply within 24 hours, please call the shop for inquiries.
5. All bouquets and flower baskets take time to make. If the customer needs to deliver within two days and the style ordered is not the style that we can supply on the same day (for details, please see the same day flower order page), we may not be able to make it within the time selected by the customer Delivery.
i. Special urgent delivery orders may be subject to special additional charges (eg. delivery within 4-8 hours on the same day), please contact the customer for details.
ii. After we receive the undeliverable order, we will contact the customer. If the customer is dissatisfied with the arrangement and requests a refund, the online collection company has charged the handling fee (~5%) and will not be able to refund the customer, so please contact us before placing the order for better arrangements.
6. If you need to change the delivery date or delivery time for ordering bouquets and flower baskets, additional flower materials or delivery fees may be charged for changes to the order.
If the date of change is within two days, we can generally reserve the order for the customer before sending it out within two days.
i. Inform us two working days in advance to change the delivery date (with a delay of more than two days), we will charge up to 30% of the original flower price*.
ii. Notify us before 7:30 pm on the day before delivery or pick-up to change the delivery date (extension of more than two days), or up to 50% of the original price of the flowers and surcharges will be charged.
iii. The delivery date of the order cannot be changed on the day of delivery. If it cannot be delivered, the flowers will be returned or kept in the workshop or store, and guests can pick them up within two days. If you need to send it again, you can make up for the freight, which will be charged according to the market price.
7. If you need to change the greeting card of the flower basket or the greeting card of the bouquet, please make the change at least two working days before the delivery date. Multiple changes or urgent changes will result in additional charges, and the charges are as follows.
i. The layout of the flower basket greeting card will be checked by the customer first. If an error is found after the check, the guest can make a change. If you have any requirements, please submit it to our customer service at the time of the change. If the guest is still not satisfied with the layout of the greeting card, the guest can provide us with an A3 size Jpg file for printing.
ii. After the greeting card is confirmed, it will be handed over to the printing process. If you need to change it again, we may need to charge $20 for reprinting . Please forgive me for the inconvenience.
iii. We will print out the greeting card according to the sentence of the guest. Generally, we will not check it. If you need to check, you can also contact us.
iv. The heart card will be printed and processed one day before shipment. If you need to change it, please two working days before shipment. If you change it urgently, we may charge a $20 reprint processing fee.
8. Flower materials may be in short supply due to seasonality, non-main flower materials will be replaced by seasonal flowers without prior notice.
9. If the recipient is not at the designated location on the designated delivery day, or refuses to accept the product due to personal or venue issues, we will notify the customer and the product will be returned to our store or workshop. If re-delivery is required, the freight will be based on the market price Charge.
10 Incorrect address. If the ordering customer fills in the wrong address in the order, the flower shop will not be able to make any responsibilities and service commitments, please make sure that the delivery address is correct
11. Please provide the contact number of the recipient to ensure the delivery of the flowers. If not necessary, the florist will not contact the recipient before sending the flowers.
12. If the Observatory issues a typhoon signal No. 8 or above before 8 am on the day of sending the flowers, it may not be sent at the original time due to bad weather. We will notify the customer by Whatsapp or other methods and arrange it on the day after the signal is lowered. Send the flowers to the original address of the guest as soon as possible. If the Observatory has announced that a typhoon signal of No. 8 or above will be issued in the rest of the time , we will arrange to send the flowers as far as possible before the typhoon signal is hoisted. If the Observatory issues a black rainstorm warning, we will deliver the flowers to the customer's original address as soon as possible after the signal is lowered. If you are unable to receive the flowers on the same day due to the weather, you can notify us in advance and arrange to resend the flowers within 3 days. Order cancellation is not accepted.
13. Each of our floral products will be delivered by a dedicated car. Large flowers such as flower baskets and furnishings will be photographed for guests' records after they are delivered to the scene. Bouquets and other products that are relatively small or delivered directly to the recipient can be checked on the spot by the recipient. We also make sure to take pictures for the guests before sending them out.
14. Our delivery time may be adjusted according to different venues , or it will be delivered at an appropriate time in advance.
15. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
